Physical Risk was the successful project bidder to develop an integrated physical security strategy for a leading national tele-communications enterprise. The project highlighted the importance of a pragmatic asset protection management framework within, which to develop a well-purposed strategy that meets the organisation’s needs and the value of comprehensive service level agreements as an effective governance and compliance tool to stabilise security program spending through auditable service obligations.
